**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule **interviews** with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Draft and publish **job descriptions** and **advertisements** on various platforms.
- Maintain and update the **recruitment tracker, HR database, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).**:

- Collaborate with the HR team for **offer roll-outs, negotiations, and onboarding activities.**:

- Support **employer branding initiatives** to promote the company as a great place to work.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in **talent acquisition or recruitment** (in-house or agency).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Strong **networking and sourcing** abilities.
- Familiarity with **ATS platforms** and job posting sites (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to **handle multiple positions** simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good understanding of **HR processes and employment laws.**

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in [mention specific industry, e.g., Interior Design / Manufacturing / IT] will be an added advantage.

**Reporting To**: HR Manager

**Salary Range**: 20K-30K

**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
