**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Act as the central point of contact between various teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and external partners.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including meeting notes, project briefs, and status reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, reviews, and other project-related activities.

Provide regular updates and address any concerns or feedback.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Astrology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the astrology, spiritual, or wellness industries.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
