We are looking for a detail oriented Ticketing Agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.

To be successful as a Ticketing Agent you must able to work with the mínimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting and advising customer who may be choosing from a verity of travel options.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issue that may arise with bookings or reservation.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Up-Selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurances or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats/Accommodation.
- Providing customer support who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

**Required Competencies**:

- Degree in Hospitality Management (Travel & Tourism).
- Must be well versed in English / Hindi / Additional Languages.
- Should have pleasing personality and good phone communication skills.
- Should be experienced in customizing International & Domestic tour packages.
- Should have In-depth knowledge and knowhow of making tour itinerary.
- Must have experience in handling clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Should Possess a good liasioning skills with existing customers and managing the leads.
- Experience in Domestic & International Ticketing.
- Must have basic knowledge of Visa Filling for different countries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
