We are hiring for Customer Care Specialist

Location : Chennai

Experience : 1 to 2 years with international voice process

Job Description:

- Answering incoming calls from Lyca Mobile Customers, responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To escalate issues to concerned internal departments or team leaders as and when required.
- Ensure Adherence to product scripting in all other customer communications
- Fault resolutions and raising tickets to respective departments
- Manage and maintain product related databases in line with the specified KPI’s.
- Ensure quality of data capture from customers.
- Flexibility with shift patterns is required to ensure.

**Salary**: ₹20,086.00 - ₹25,731.15 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- International Voice Process: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
