Credit Card Sales Executive - Incentive Plan up to ₹40,000
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive plan that can provide earnings of up to ₹40,000 based on performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers to promote credit card products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our credit card offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our credit card products in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of credit card products and the financial industry is preferred.
- High level of motivation and self-drive to achieve sales goals.
Incentive Plan Details: Our incentive plan is designed to reward exceptional performance. Eligible Sales Executives have the opportunity to earn up to ₹40,000 in incentives based on the following criteria:
Sales Targets: You will have a monthly sales target to meet or exceed. Achieving or surpassing these targets will contribute to your incentive earnings.
Performance Metrics: In addition to sales targets, your performance will be evaluated based on various metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and overall sales growth. Higher performance in these areas will result in higher incentives.
Tiered Structure: The incentive plan operates on a tiered structure, meaning the more you exceed your targets and perform exceptionally, the higher your incentive payout will be.
Transparency: Regular performance reviews will be conducted to provide feedback on your progress and earnings. We believe in transparency and open communication when it comes to your incentive earnings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
