**About AppsforBharat**:
We are developing a range of mobile and web apps that will holistically address the devotional and spiritual needs of our users. Our first app (Sri Mandir) was launched in November 2020 — this app is at the intersection of spiritual offerings and gaming, and with that, we are moving a large offline behaviour online. It already has 1+ million Monthly Active Users with a 4.8 rating on Google Play Store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing content strategy to improve content consumption, time spent and user retention.
- Ensure maximum engagement on different features by increasing content engagement.
- Work with the cross-functional teams to progress towards various content strategy objectives.
- Handling day-to-day content operations including content posting & moderation..
- Deep understanding and interest in the Devotion & technology category, to ensure more profound engagement.
- Analyse content performance and reiterate content strategy accordingly.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are fluent in English and Hindi language (Read, Write, Speak) and have business proficiency in these languages
- Will have a deep interest in Devotion and Spirituality and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing social media platforms and trends and creating content in Hindi & English language
- Strong understanding of content creation and management.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
