Customer Delight Trainer

**We’re looking for a Trainer who can**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer needs, products in the market, the manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern).
- Plan and execute Training Sessions seamlessly by working closely with the L&D Team and Customer Delight Team Exclusively.
- Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the Customer Delight Team.
- Seek continuous feedback from the Champs through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel of the current training techniques and quality audits.
- Work closely with L&D Team in Creating Training Content for Jumbotail Technologies
- Monitoring and providing continuous feedback on improvements in inbound processes such as Voice and WhatsApp process.
- Create innovative and Engaging Training Content for the internal team.
- Work closely with the Quality Auditing team to plan the Trainings accordingly.
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Review employee performance and learning
