Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary Range: ₹2-5 Lakhs per annum

**Job description**
**We are seeking a talented and experienced Influencer Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Influencer Marketer, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. While experience in fintech is preferred, we welcome individuals with proven success in influencer marketing from diverse industries.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Influencer Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Identify potential influencers, both macro and micro, who align with our brand values and goals.**:
- **Influencer Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.**:
- **Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that showcases our products/services and resonates with their followers. Provide creative guidance while allowing influencers to maintain their unique voice and style.**:
- **Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using relevant metrics (engagement, conversions, reach, etc.). Utilize data insights to optimize future campaigns and measure ROI.**:
- **Compliance and Ethics: Ensure influencer partnerships comply with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and ethical standards. Monitor and manage sponsored content to maintain transparency and authenticity.**:
- **Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor campaigns to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.**:
- **Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact.**:
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.**
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or relevant digital marketing roles.**:
- **Proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns with measurable results.**:
- **Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends.**:
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**:
- **Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.**:
- **Passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.**:
- **Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.**
**Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)**:
- **Experience in the fintech industry or related fields.**:
- **Previous collaborations with influencers in finance, investing, or fintech niches.**
