**Developing Campaign Strategies**: Creating detailed influencer campaign plans aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
- **Identifying and Recruiting Influencers**: Researching and selecting the right influencers who resonate with the brand image and audience demographics.
- **Building Relationships**: Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- **Budget Management**: Managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Overseeing agreements and contracts with influencers, ensuring terms and deliverables are clearly defined.
- **Campaign Execution**: Overseeing the launch and timely execution of influencer campaigns across platforms.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Tracking campaign KPIs and metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Preparing comprehensive reports on campaign performance and suggesting optimizations for future campaigns.
- **Trend Analysis**: Staying updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
- **Crisis Management**: Addressing any campaign-related issues promptly to safeguard brand reputation.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Working with internal teams, such as marketing, content, and PR, to align influencer activities with overall brand strategies.
- **Compliance and Legal Oversight**: Ensuring all influencer collaborations comply with advertising and disclosure regulations.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Gathering feedback from influencers and stakeholders post-campaign and implementing learnings for continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
