**Position Overview**:
As a **Content Strategist** at **OUTCAST**, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a content strategy that elevates the brand's presence in the Fast fashion Space. You will be responsible for crafting a cohesive and engaging narrative that resonates with our audience, builds brand loyalty, and enhances OUTCAST's positioning. This role demands a deep understanding of luxury branding, exceptional storytelling abilities, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure consistency and excellence in all brand communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with OUTCAST’s vision, values, and business objectives.
- Identify target audience segments and create tailored content strategies to engage each segment effectively.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive content innovation and planning.

**2. Content Creation & Curation**
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually captivating content that reflects OUTCAST's luxury positioning.
- Curate content that highlights the luxury brand language, and it’s communication.

**3. Influencer Marketing and Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, PR, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Partner with influencers to expand content reach and amplify brand impact.

**4. Content Performance & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize strategy.
- Refine content based on data-driven insights and feedback to improve effectiveness and support business goals.

**5. Brand Storytelling**
- Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with OUTCAST’s audience, helping to differentiate OUTCAST in a competitive marketplace.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all content, in alignment with OUTCAST's brand Langugae.

**6. Innovation & Trend Awareness**
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats to keep the brand at the forefront of fashion communication.
- Experiment with innovative content ideas and formats to drive engagement and brand differentiation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle or consumer-based industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and data analytics.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
