About the Role

We are looking for a **creative and strategic Content Strategist** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands content creation but also knows how to analyze businesses and design content that truly connects with audiences. You will be responsible for researching our business goals, identifying opportunities, and planning engaging content (especially short-form reels) that educates, entertains, and drives results.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze our business, industry trends, and target audience to identify effective content opportunities.
- Develop and propose **content strategies** that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Write engaging **scripts for reels, videos, and campaigns**, designed to trigger specific emotional or action-oriented responses from viewers.
- Plan content calendars with clear objectives (brand awareness, engagement, sales conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content execution matches the strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics of published content and continuously optimize strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media, storytelling, and social platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms, especially Instagram and short-form video trends**.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into impactful content ideas.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding audience behavior.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to **Lucknow (Hazratganj office)** for onsite work.
