We are hiring a **Content Strategist** to join our growth team—someone who understands that great content is not just words, but a business lever. In this role, you’ll craft engaging, high-performing content across the entire customer lifecycle, fueling growth by boosting acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:
** The role**:

- **Content strategy**:

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the research, customer lifecycle and growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that supports blogs, marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and customer journeys. Spot trend, stay up-to-date with markets and identify trending topics, plan content calendar and maintain MIS.
- **Copywriting**:

- **Lifecycle Marketing**:

- Create and optimize content for each stage of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and retention to engagement. Develop messaging that resonates with customers at different touchpoints and drives conversion.
- **Growth Initiatives**:

- Work with the growth team to craft content for A/B tests, lead funnels, and other growth experiments. Review performance data, draw insights, and iterate on content to improve performance.
- **SEO & Analytics**:

- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with research, designers, marketers, product managers, and other collaborators to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers as needed.

?? 3+ years of experience in content or strategy (finance experience is a must)
?? **Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of customer psychology and how to craft messages that drive action. Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Qualifications (Content Writer)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing**, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in **content writing, copywriting, or content creation**
- Strong command of **English grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling**
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free content
- Understanding of **SEO**, keyword usage, and content structure
- Basic knowledge of **financial markets** (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in researching and simplifying complex topics
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with **Canva** or similar content/design tools (added advantage)
