We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Creative Content Strategist. If you have a passion for creating compelling content and a strong understanding of how to effectively connect with target audiences, we want to hear from you.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well researched, and meets brand needs and deadlines.
- Utilizing different writing styles to speak to various demographics.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing social media insights (i.e. traffic, impressions, engagement, conversion rates, and so on.)
- Coordinating with internal teams for creating advertising posts
- Converting marketing ideas into a hashtag, blog posts, or longer posts for different social media networks.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinating with designers and marketers to create social media images and videos that align with a brand's identity and message
- Produce well-written content that is SEO friendly and optimized for conversion
- Define and deliver key messages and brand voice for external communications
- Developing effective copies that meet marketing goals and resonate with target audiences
- Creating and maintaining editorial calendars for social media content
- Research industry best practices on various content formats & channels

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 3 years of Proven Experience
- Agency Experience

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
