**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Logistics Sales Executive** to drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting logistics and supply chain solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sectors.
- Promote company services including **transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, 3PL/4PL solutions, and value-added logistics services**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver **sales pitches, proposals, and quotations** tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure **seamless service delivery**.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to recommend new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.

**Key Requirements**
- Graduate degree in **Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field**. MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in **logistics / transportation / supply chain sales**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, warehousing, and supply chain concepts.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
