**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Inventory Auditing
- Conduct nightly physical stock counts and verify inventory against system records.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
- Report discrepancies to the Inventory Manager and recommend corrective actions.

2. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings and corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and audit logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. System Updates
- Update inventory management systems with real-time data after audits.
- Reconcile system records to reflect accurate stock levels.

4. Compliance and Quality Control
- Ensure all stock items are stored in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Verify the proper labelling and organization of inventory for easy identification.

5. Coordination with Teams
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth audit operations during the night shift.
- Communicate effectively with day shift teams to relay findings and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 1-3 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
