**Role Overview**

As a **Stock Control Executive**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management of inventory, compliance with HACCP standards, and efficient implementation of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices. Your meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail will ensure that Avitri Spices continues to deliver high-quality products to its customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Monitor stock movement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Compliance with HACCP Standards**:

- Ensure all stock handling and storage processes comply with HACCP guidelines.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Identify and address any non-conformities in stock management practices.
- **FIFO Implementation**:

- Train warehouse staff on FIFO practices to maintain product freshness and quality.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of stock inflow, outflow, and adjustments.
- Prepare and update inventory reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Use inventory management software to track and report stock data accurately.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with the production, procurement, and logistics teams for stock-related requirements.
- Coordinate stock movements for dispatch while ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Ensure the warehouse is well-organized and adheres to safety protocols.
- Implement labeling and tracking systems for efficient stock identification.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in inventory/stock management, preferably in the food processing industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
