**Job Title**: Inventory Executive

As an Inventory Executive at ZAS, you will play a pivotal role in managing our inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, from planning and procurement to distribution and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Forecast demand and conduct inventory planning to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution of goods.
- Implement inventory control procedures and systems to track inventory movements, identify discrepancies, and prevent shrinkage or loss.
- Analyze inventory data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize procurement processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory within warehouses or distribution centers to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory management practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, including inventory counts, transactions, and audits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to inventory management and supply chain operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software systems (e.g., ERP systems) is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
