Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing a conducive learning environment for the mapped set of learners.
- Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners in a timely manner
- Interact and engage with the learners to keep them on track in their learning

progress
- Monitor weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning

management system
- Motivate learners to participate actively in classes and other activities.
- Target zero drop-out rate of learners.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 4 years’ experience in relevant / related field

Skill and Competencies
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with leaners
- Strong command over written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and initiator
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Computer literacy, strong and well versed with Office tools including

Spreadsheets/ Word/ PPT
- Knowledge or experience in other technology tools is an added advantage

Working Hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
