**Company Description**
MN World Enterprise Private Limited is a leading Information Technology service provider headquartered in Bangalore and with offices across India. The company provides consulting and solution design for IT Infra Solutions, supply and installation of network, wireless, and contact center systems, as well as AMC services and end-to-end support. Additionally, the company has an office in Singapore to cater to South East Asian countries.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities and generating new business by building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the sales team to ensure growth and profitability of the business.
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in consulting and solution design is a plus
- Fluency in local languages is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,738.35 - ₹29,592.91 per month
