Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for digital marketing channels.

3. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure alignment and effective execution.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

7. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize digital marketing performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

4. Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

2. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
