**About the role**:

- As an R & D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy.
- You have a passion for fragrance and its impact on the human experience. You love to work in a fast pace team with an impetus to deliver. You have a proven track record in new fragrance design and development, and specifically strong skills in technical perfumery development and evaluation, all which will ensure you succeed in delivering new product innovations that can play a role to enhance consumers lives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- 3+ years fragrance evaluation experience with above average olfactive acuity
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with 2+ years of technical R&D product development experience
- Ability to critically evaluate and recommend the fragrances
- Experience in consumer understanding and sensory testing methodologies
- Portfolio fragrance management experience
- Experience in coordinating with R&D team and external vendor management
- Product sensory evaluation and report generation and stability sample assessment.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- You will support the Regional Fragrance Innovation to develop superior fragrance solutions for multiple global and regional brands.
- You will be responsible for supporting the olfactive and technical development of all new fragrances for the region, working closely with core external partners and in conjunction with multiple cross functional business partners.
