**Job Title**: MYP Science Teacher

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

**Qualification**: B.Ed. with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Integrated Science)
**Curriculum**: IB MYP (Middle Years Programme)

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic **MYP Science Teacher** to join our IB school in **Gurugram, Haryana**. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering the **IB MYP Science curriculum (Grades 6-10)**, focusing on conceptual understanding, inquiry-based learning, and real-world connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **unit planners, lesson plans, laboratory activities, and assessments** in accordance with IB standards.
- Create a student-centered classroom environment that supports inquiry, experimentation, and exploration.
- Use a **variety of assessment tools** to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Incorporate **global contexts and the IB Learner Profile** in all lessons and activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of student performance using platforms like **ManageBac**.
- Guide students in **science exhibitions, research projects, and lab work**.
- Engage with parents and colleagues in academic meetings and school events.
- Participate in **IB workshops**, school-wide PD, and collaborative planning sessions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field).
- **B.Ed.** is mandatory.
- 2 - 5 years of teaching experience; **IB MYP experience is highly preferred**.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational platforms.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- IB MYP Category 1/2 training (or willingness to undergo training).
- Experience in international or progressive schools.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and scientific experimentation.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary teaching and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Comfort with tools like ManageBac, Google Workspace, and virtual lab simulations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
