**Job Title**: MYP Mathematics Teacher

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
**Experience**: 2 - 5 years
**Qualification**: B.Ed. with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics (IB MYP certified preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **unit planners, lesson plans, assessments**, and student tasks as per MYP standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, and provide **constructive feedback**.
- Collaborate with other MYP teachers to develop interdisciplinary units and ensure curriculum continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress using **MYP assessment criteria** and tools like ManageBac.
- Participate actively in professional development sessions, school meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Promote the **IB Learner Profile** attributes and international-mindedness in the classroom.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
- **B.Ed.** is mandatory.
- **2 - 5 years of teaching experience**, with **at least 1 year in an IB MYP setting** preferred.
- Strong command over English and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with IB documentation and tools like ManageBac, Google Workspace, and digital teaching platforms.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and engage a diverse set of learners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- IB MYP Category 1/2 Training (or willingness to undergo IB training).
- Experience in international schools or progressive teaching environments.
- Additional skills in STEAM education or math-related extracurricular programs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
