**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online/offline) on BIM tools such as **Autodesk Revit**, **Navisworks**, **AutoCAD**, and other relevant software.
- Develop and customize **course content**, training materials, case studies, and assignments as per industry trends and learner needs.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, workflows, and global standards (e.g., LOD, ISO standards).
- Deliver practical, hands-on learning to help trainees master BIM-based design and project coordination.
- Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide them toward improvement.
- Collaborate with the academic and curriculum teams to ensure up-to-date content delivery.
- Provide one-on-one support or mentorship to trainees when required.
- Maintain training records and progress reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Architecture**, **Civil Engineering**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM workflows and software like **Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)**, **Navisworks**, **AutoCAD**, etc.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Passion for teaching and staying updated with AEC industry tools and techniques.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **Clash Detection**, **Family Creation**, **4D & 5D BIM**, or **Dynamo scripting**.
- Certification in Autodesk software or any BIM-accredited certification.
- Experience with project-based training or real-life project case studies.

Pay: ₹20,124.55 - ₹40,279.26 per month
