Receptionist/administration

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Schedule customer appointments and test drives.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system as needed.
- Provide basic information about available vehicles, services, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to support customer inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
