**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and welcoming state
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update company records and documents
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and data entry
- Coordinate with various departments when required
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Graduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
