Job Title: Receptionist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- **Visitor Assistance**:

- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Provide accurate information about the company, services, or directions to visitors.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Record Keeping and Data Entry**:

- Maintain accurate records of appointments, calls, and visitor information.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems as required.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM or other office management tools.
- Customer service experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
