- This role will involve developing strategies and executing tactics that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This experienced marketer will have an eye for detail, the ability to think strategically, and the creativity to craft compelling campaigns._

**We would love to hear from you if**

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

Proven working experience in performance marketing

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

**What you'll do**

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data analysis.

Manage budgets and track spending to ensure optimization of resources.

Analyze and report on marketing performance and adjust campaigns based on findings.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of successful campaigns.

Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop action plans.

Leverage analytics and insights to create audience-targeting strategies.
