**Objective of the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Purchasing Indirect Material Employee**to provide administrative and operational support to our Services & Production Equipment purchasing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining procurement processes, supporting buyers, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support to buyers in purchasing activities, including supplier search, requirements grouping, requests for quotations, offer comparison, and supplier negotiations.
- Assist buyers in achieving savings targets and implementing supply strategies.
- Document commodity strategies, compile statistics, and record meeting minutes.
- Help develop an optimal supplier portfolio by considering factors like price, quality, logistics, technology, and risk management.
- Administer and manage supplier and contract documentation in systems such as SAP, HOST, SLC, Scan View, eRFX, and eKatalog.
- Independently handle administrative tasks, including system maintenance, archiving savings documentation, and conducting evaluations.
- Actively communicate and support internal users while proposing process optimization ideas.
- Organize contract documentation in Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLC).
- Ensure adherence to procurement procedures, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies in ESS or ScanView.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in business economist or similar degree with relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (German fluency is advantageous).
