**Key Responsibilities**:Procurement & Purchase Management**
- **Sourcing & Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for all kitchen-related ingredients and raw materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability.
- **Order Placement**: Place timely and accurate orders for raw materials, packaging, and equipment based on the production requirements. Ensure all orders are delivered within agreed timelines.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished according to demand while minimizing overstocking or stockouts. Maintain a clear record of stock movement and usage.
- **Price Negotiation**: Negotiate favorable prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring reliable supply chains and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Product Quality & Compliance**: Ensure all purchased products meet the company’s quality standards, food safety regulations, and compliance with local laws and industry standards.

**Operational Support**
- **Collaboration with Production**: Work closely with the production team to understand material requirements and adjust orders based on production schedules and forecasts.
- **Coordination with Finance**: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper budgeting and timely payments for purchased items. Track purchase orders and ensure invoices match order details.
- **Forecasting & Planning**: Work with the production team to forecast ingredient and material needs based on sales trends, seasonal requirements, and menu changes.

**Record Keeping & Documentation**
- **Purchase Records**: Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications. Ensure documentation is readily available for audits and internal reviews.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, stock levels, expenditure, and supplier performance to senior management.
- **Inventory Audits**: Conduct regular stock audits and ensure discrepancies are reported and resolved promptly.

**Cost Control**
- **Cost Analysis**: Continuously review and analyze purchase data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, bulk buying, or alternative suppliers.
- **Waste Reduction**: Work with production and operations teams to minimize waste and optimize material usage in the Central Kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
