**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Advising**: Provide academic and career guidance to students, including mentoring research projects, advising on course selection, and supporting their professional development.
- **Service**: Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, including committee work, outreach programs, and academic events.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in IT & CS to maintain relevance in teaching and research.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: M.Sc. in Information Technology/Computer Science, MCA, M.Tech, or M.E. in Computer Science or a closely related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in IT & CS is expected.
- **Personal Attributes**: A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the academic community.
