Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site teaching faculty role based in Mengio. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and insightful lectures, creating and updating course materials, and supporting students' learning journeys by clarifying concepts and addressing queries. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, preparing assessments, and staying updated with the latest developments in the field of commerce and their area of expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in commerce-related domains such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law
- Teaching skills including developing course materials, delivering lectures, and conducting engaging student interactions
- Proficiency in assessment methods such as preparing exams and evaluations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their academic development
- Work experience in coaching or academic institutions is an advantage
- Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CS, CMA, CFA) is preferred
