We are hiring for the position of **Associate Faculty
- IT** for one of SMART Academy for Healthcare, based out of Navi Mumbai.

**Experience**: 2-4 years of teaching experience of Computer and IT

**Qualification**:BSc Computer Science/BCA/B Tech (CS)

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create lesson plans/curriculum for imparting and improving Basic IT knowledge of the students.
- Take regular classes as assigned by the Head of the Academic.
- Track student progress and give them feedback.
- Create and conduct assessments.
- Take extra classes for weaker students.
- Assist Students and educate them how to prepare their resume.
- Conduct network troubleshooting to identify and resolve general network problems.
- Install software, maintain, and introduce training as and when required.
- Coordinate with the internal staff regarding their need to maintain and secure password, file system security and data integrity for desktop environments.
- Any other administrative task assigned by the Project Manager /Project Director.
- To maintain inventory of the IT labs as allotted by HOD-Academics and report whenever asked for the same.
- Maintain and present whenever asked for all the hand over giver by existing IT trainer.

**Desired Skills set**:

- Good Communication and reasoning skills.
- Hands-on experience of networking and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly windows.
- Good organization skills.

Willingness to learn with a flexible approach.
