**Internship Role: Psychology Intern**

As a Psychology Intern at CareerNaksha, you will work closely with our team of psychologists and career counselors to support various activities related to mental health, career guidance, assessments, and user engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting **psychometric assessments** and analyzing results under supervision.
- Support the **career counseling team** in preparing personalized career reports.
- Research and develop content related to **mental health**, career psychology, and personality development.
- Participate in **mock counseling sessions**, workshops, and webinars.
- Create awareness materials such as blogs, videos, infographics, and presentations on psychology-related topics.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for psychological research or case studies.
- Collaborate with the design and tech team to improve the user experience of psychology-based tools and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Psychology** (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology preferred).
- Strong interest in **career counseling**, youth psychology, or educational psychology.
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with psychometric tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
