**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Inform customers about products, promotions, and ongoing offers
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule store visits
- Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately
- Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets
- Support the sales team by generating qualified leads
- Collect customer feedback and report issues to the manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Malayalam** (basic English preferred)
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories is an added advantage
- Ability to work with targets and handle rejections professionally
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records

**Salary**:
As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance

**Working Hours**:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Sunday off or rotational)
