Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high accuracy and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

2. Ensure accurate inventory management and tracking.

3. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

4. Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.

5. Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless goods movement.

6. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics (inventory levels, order fulfillment rates).

7. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

8. Resolve inventory or shipment issues and discrepancies.

9. Ensure proper and timely dispatch of goods.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.

3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions.

6. Proficiency in warehouse management systems.

**Skills**:1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
