**Job Title**: Warehouse Executive cum Logistics Executive

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing warehouse operations and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch, delivery, and storage of furniture goods. The role combines inventory control, order fulfillment, transport coordination, and team supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:Warehouse Operations**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming furniture items and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic physical stock audits.
- Ensure safe handling, stacking, and movement of heavy and delicate furniture.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities like packing, labeling, and loading.
- Implement warehouse layout optimization and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse premises.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders and production timelines.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability and route planning.
- Prepare necessary documents like delivery challans, e-way bills, GRs, etc.
- Track shipments and update internal departments and customers on delivery status.
- Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damage, or misdelivery.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, fuel logs, and vehicle usage.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse & logistics (preferably in furniture or bulky goods).
- Good knowledge of inventory software (Tally ERP, Excel, or WMS).
- Familiarity with transport and logistics documentation (e-way bill, DCs, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,160.84 - ₹29,086.36 per month
