- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source and attract IT professionals.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions that accurately represent the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical proficiency and soft skills.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Analyze competitor hiring practices and adapt strategies to attract top talent.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, culture, and specific job requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
