**Objectives of this Role**
- Design and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in an IT company
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Keep up to date with new technological trends in order understand future hiring needs
- Hands-on experience with various interview platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Sector V, Kolkata

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
