**Overview**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire mid-sized to large corporate clients for non-life commercial insurance solutions.
- Understand client business risks and offer tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
- Liaise with internal teams and insurance partners to design and present optimal insurance programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Handle end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation, closure, and renewal management.
- Ensure timely servicing, claims coordination, and post-sale support in partnership with internal departments.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields.
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate insurance sales (non-EB), preferably with an
- insurance broker.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Cyber,
- Property, etc.
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
