Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the design/content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and organizational goals.
- Update bios, highlights, and page information regularly.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor conversations and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
- Flag any negative comments or issues to the appropriate team.
- Assist in writing captions, selecting hashtags, and generating basic graphic or video content if required.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, or content creators as needed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns around events, projects, or fundraising drives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required materials and approvals.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates.
- Recommend new formats or tools (e.g., Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) to enhance engagement.
- Ensure all published content maintains consistent branding, tone, and values of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
