**Job Summary**:
As a Hostess at Red Rhino, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is essential in setting the tone for a positive and enjoyable experience. You’ll greet customers with a warm welcome, manage reservations, and assist in seating arrangements while ensuring the flow of guests is smooth and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Manage seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover.
- Handle phone inquiries and make reservations as necessary.
- Escort guests to their designated tables and provide menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess stand.
- Assist in managing waitlists and inform guests of estimated wait times.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guests with information about the brewery, current beer offerings, and upcoming events.
- Assist with general duties around the restaurant/brewery, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant, bar, or brewery setting.
- Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of the brewery industry or beer is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
