**About Role**:
We’re hiring a Chat Support Executive to handle student queries via chat, WhatsApp, and calls. You'll guide students through course details, support pre-sales, and ensure a smooth and helpful communication experience. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in student or customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage student queries via chat, WhatsApp, and calls
- Provide detailed counseling on courses & guide students through the enrollment process
- Work on hot leads and support the pre-sales team to maximize conversions
- Maintain proper records using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle escalations and deliver excellent student support.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in student support, tele-counseling, or customer service
- Strong communication skills - both spoken & written
- Confident in handling voice + chat interactions
- Familiar with CRM, Excel & basic reporting
- Experience in EdTech or training industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
