Thermodyne Engineering Systems, a leading Steam Boiler manufacturer specializing in fuel-efficient and customized design Boilers, is seeking a talented and dynamic Process Coordinator to join our team at our Ghaziabad factory. As a Process Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various processes and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Absorb knowledge about boiler manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures

Assist in the documentation of manufacturing processes, including maintaining records of design changes, quality control tests, and production reports.

Work collaboratively with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and production staff.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.

Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in boiler technology.

**Requirements**:
Diploma degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

**Salary**: 10,500 to 16,000

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
