**Scope**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- One stop _**Resource**_ for _**Technical support**_ within the _**Business Unit**_ for Surgical Guides (One Guide).
- _**Understand**_ the _**Customer’s needs**_ and expectations and _**plan the surgical guide with virtual surgery in Implant Studio Software.**_
- Acquire, develop and retain _**new Accounts**_ in order to develop our surgical guide business via timely _**marketing communications to clients**_ and new dental surgeons.
- _**Support the Sales team**_ technically through end customer discussions.
- Design & Dispatch the approved surgical guides to concerned clients within the timeline.
- Work towards _**identifying new customer’s opportunities**_ for surgical guides & strategizing for the business unit target.
- Keep up to date through continuous, proactive self-education on products, systems and education in order to develop.

**Business Goals**:

- In line with the Business target for the product category as per Business Unit.

**Key Metric**:

- Surgical guides produced as per the time-line.

**Typical Background**:

- Certified Dental technician will be preferred but not compulsory.
- Minimum 3 years of CAD CAM Knowledge planning & designing, implant field will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
