Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, well-organized, and customer-friendly Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both receptionist and dental assistant responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in a dental clinic will be preferred. Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Front Desk & Reception Management Greet patients and visitors politely and professionally. Handle incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper data entry in the clinic software. Manage billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation if applicable. B. Dental Assistant Duties Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments. Prepare dental instruments, sterilize equipment, and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area. Ensure all medical and dental supplies are stocked and available. Provide guidance to patients regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care. C. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain an updated patient database and manage daily reports. Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records. Coordinate with lab technicians, suppliers, and vendors whenever required. Assist in organizing patient files, clinic schedules, and operational documentation. D. Customer Service & Communication Offer excellent patient care and address queries professionally. Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and staff. Handle feedback and resolve concerns effectively.Required Skills & Competencies A. Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, and dental clinic software). Ability to manage appointments, billing, and patient records digitally. Familiarity with dental instruments and basic clinical procedures preferred. B. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Polite, patient-friendly, and professional behavior.
