Join our dynamic team at Orca Dental We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented **Dental Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with appointments and inquiries
- Manage phone calls and scheduling efficiently
- Maintain patient records and handle billing
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a dental or medical setting preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- S V Road, Malad West, Mumbai - 400064, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Gujarati (preferred)
- english (required)
- Hindi (required)
