Dentist required for well set up Dental Trust in Bhayander west. Required 2-3 years of experience. Hands on practice in extraction, RCT, filling etc. Person from near by location is preferred This job will be on contract basis. We are running a trust and patient flow is good.Key Responsibilities: Patient Examination and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough oral examinations to assess the health of teeth, gums, and related tissues. Utilize diagnostic tools such as X-rays, digital imaging, and clinical tests to detect issues such as tooth decay, gum disease, and oral cancer. Record and analyze patient medical and dental histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning. Treatment Planning and Procedures: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and oral health conditions. Perform common dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and dentures. Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures. Carry out complex surgical procedures, such as tooth extractions, implant placements, or corrective surgeries, when necessary. Preventive Care: Provide guidance and education on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits. Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride applications and dental sealants. Conduct routine cleanings and checkups to prevent dental issues from developing or worsening. Cosmetic Dentistry: Improve the appearance of patients’ smiles through cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, bonding, and orthodontic recommendations. Work with dental technicians to create prosthetics and cosmetic restorations. Patient Education and Communication: Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare instructions to patients in a clear and empathetic manner. Address patient concerns, manage dental anxiety, and create a comfortable clinical environment. Instruct patients on how to maintain oral health and prevent future dental problems. Team Collaboration: Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with specialists such as orthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists when specialized treatment is required. Maintain detailed patient records and coordinate care within interdisciplinary medical teams when needed. Administrative and Legal Responsibilities: Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatment plans, and billing information. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, sterilization protocols, and legal guidelines.
