As a Microsoft Excel Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and engaging training sessions to our diverse group of learners. You will play a crucial role in helping participants develop proficiency in Microsoft Excel, from basic functions to advanced data analysis techniques.

**Responsibilities**:
Course Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive Excel courses, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Live Instruction: Conduct live online training sessions using virtual classroom platforms, ensuring a positive and interactive learning environment.

Content Delivery: Present Excel concepts clearly and effectively, catering to learners of varying skill levels.

Hands-On Learning: Facilitate practical exercises and real-world examples to reinforce Excel skills and promote active learning.

Q&A Support: Address learner questions and provide timely feedback and guidance during training sessions.

Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from participants to improve course content and delivery methods.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest Excel features and industry trends to ensure course content remains relevant.

**Qualifications**:
Excel Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis tools, and advanced features (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, etc.).

Teaching Experience: Proven experience in training or teaching Excel, either in a classroom or online setting.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, understandable manner.

Engagement: A passion for teaching and the ability to engage learners, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with virtual classroom platforms, screen-sharing tools, and online collaboration software.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
