Job Title: Microsoft Courses - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Optional)

**Job Type**: Contract

About the Project: We are developing a series of Microsoft Technology Courses for corporate training, certification preparation, and educational content. The courses will cover Microsoft products, platforms, and technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Security.

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies to collaborate with our instructional design team and develop high-quality course content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop content, assessments, and hands-on labs for Microsoft courses.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft certification objectives (such as AZ-900, MS- 900, PL-900, SC-900, and other role-based certifications).
- Review and validate content for accuracy, depth, and relevance.
- Provide video script guidance and support for recorded sessions (if required).
- Keep content updated based on changes in Microsoft products and certification updates.
- Support the development of practical case studies, real-world scenarios, and project-based learning.
- Contribute to learner guides, instructor guides, and presentation decks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in at least 3 of the following areas:

- Azure (Infrastructure, Data, AI, Security)
- Microsoft 365 (Admin, Security, Productivity Apps)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Security (SC Series certifications)
- Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP modules)
- Prior experience developing or teaching Microsoft courses is a strong plus.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications (AZ, MS, PL, SC series) are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Learn framework and Microsoft certification blueprints.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate).
- Prior experience in corporate training, instructional design, or technical content creation.
- Understanding of certification exam preparation methodologies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
